hübris is a 100% Hungarian-owned craft beer brand founded in 2015, led to this day by its founding brew master. In 2018, our dream came true, and taking a step forward, we built one of the most modern microbrewery in the country. We moved to Székesfehérvár, where our automated brewery with a 2000-liter brew house operates near to the center. After test brews, work has been in full swing since spring 2019. Our microbrewery, with a fermentation capacity of 40,000 liters, produces our 12 beers with the utmost attention to quality.

we believe that good quality is not a matter of quantity. We think that brewing science can be elevated to the highest level even on an industrial scale. Our goal is to change the misconception about what good beer is and to awaken a mass demand for consuming quality beer. Good beer should be for everyone! Our core values are purity, simplicity, humor, and style—a craft-quality everyday beer.

we could talk about how, years ago, we had an idea and started in a kitchen... but who cares? Perhaps more interesting is what we think about beer—about life itself. We don’t like to overdo it or get bored with it. That’s why we brew only accessible beers, which we confidently say are “yeah this is “sür” !” Of course, Hübris' taste also evolves along with the world. Thanks to the beer revolution, we’ve encountered and continue to discover many flavors and specialities.
