our cherry craft beer is a true flavor explosion, crafted from high-quality ingredients and careful workmanship. The beer contains 10% real cherry concentrate, giving it a fresh, fruity flavor. The malt and hop flavors are balanced and harmoniously complement the cherry taste.
the base of the beer is a very light Pale Ale, and after fermentation, we add 200 kg of sour cherry concentrate. The cherry concentrate is made from two different types of cherries:újfehértói fürtös and érdi bőtermő. We wanted to make a slight change to the usual cherry beer profile, so the final result is not overly sweet or cloying, but quite the opposite! It features the fresh tartness characteristic of the fruit.
