the base of the beer is a sour beer, a Berliner Weisse, which we enhanced with a generous amount of raspberry puree. While the beer is intentionally sour, the addition of fruit and sugar mellow it out, transforming it into a very tasty, yet far from boring, fruity beer in our interpretation!

the Berliner Weisse is a classic German fruit beer, characterized by its low alcohol content
(around 3-4%) and tart, sour taste. Our raspberry beer is based on this traditional style but
with a twist: we use a lot of raspberry pulp during brewing.
thanks to this, our beer has a smooth, fruity flavor, and the sweet taste of the raspberry pulp
perfectly complements the tartness.
